Today we're launching Xero, Square, and Stripe connections in AnalysisGPT.
You could already connect Shopify, Klaviyo, QuickBooks, and your databases. Now your payments and accounting data joins them, so the things that matter most (fees, payouts, refunds, what the books actually say) are there for you to ask about in plain English.
No exports. No clicking through layers of a dashboard. No switching between platforms to answer a single question about your money.
The Gap Between What You Sold and What You Kept
Your store shows what you sold. Your payment processor shows what landed in your account after fees. Your accounting tool shows what it all means for the books. Those numbers are rarely the same, and the difference between them is often where margin quietly slips away.
So operators go looking, usually by hand. The questions tend to sound like these:
- What did Stripe fees actually cost us last quarter?
- After refunds and fees, what's our real revenue from Square?
- How much are chargebacks costing us each month?
- Which invoices in Xero are still outstanding?
And every time, it's the same routine: export the data, filter it, rebuild the same view, then do it all again next month.
Why We Built This
It was never really about access. The data is all there. Square and Stripe know what was charged and collected. Xero knows how it's recorded. The hard part is getting a clear answer out of any of it, because these tools weren't built for someone to walk up and ask a quick question.
So the answer usually ends up assembled from:
- CSV exports from each platform
- A spreadsheet someone rebuilds every month
- Payout dates matched against deposits by hand
- Analysis that waits for a quiet moment that rarely comes
We built these connectors to take that layer out of the process.
What You Get
Once Xero, Square, and Stripe are connected, you can ask questions like:
- What did we keep after Stripe fees last month?
- Are Square fees rising as a share of revenue this year?
- What's our refund rate doing month to month?
- Which Xero invoices are overdue right now?
- How much did Stripe collect last week compared to the week before?
You ask the question the way you'd say it. No report builder, no export, no SQL.
What's Next
Xero, Square, and Stripe are the latest additions to a growing set of native integrations.
We'll keep expanding the list, because small teams shouldn't have to rebuild their data every time they want to know something.
Shopify, Klaviyo, QuickBooks, databases, and now Xero, Square, and Stripe are all live. More are coming.
